Users appreciate OTB's high-quality sports content but express strong dissatisfaction with the app's poor usability, frequent crashes, and buggy playback. Subscription and login problems, coupled with inadequate customer support, frustrate paying users. The interface is non-intuitive, and essential features are missing, leading many to consider alternative podcast platforms despite the content's value.

The app offers exclusive content that attracts paying subscribers.
Provides a range of sports podcasts including GAA, rugby, and NFL content.

Cons

App frequently crashes and has stability issues, especially during podcast playback.
Poor user interface (UI) and user experience; difficult to find and manage podcasts or downloads.
Playback controls are problematic: episodes often reset, skip unexpectedly, or cannot fast forward/rewind properly.
Login and subscription recognition issues; app sometimes fails to acknowledge paid subscriptions, with poor customer support.
Lack of expected features such as sleep timers, video content, and cross-platform access.
Audio cuts out frequently, and app performance is inferior compared to other podcast apps.

This app often takes a long time to load podcasts or even stream radio. Frequently cuts out and then restarts with ads. Makes for very frustrating listening.
