OfficeUG Sacco Agent App

OfficeUG SACCO Agent is the field banking app for registered agents of SACCOs (savings and credit cooperatives) running on the OfficeUG platform. It turns any authorised agent's phone into a secure banking point — no branch visit required for members.

WHAT AGENTS CAN DO
• Deposit cash into any member's savings account by member search or account number
• Process member-initiated withdrawals confirmed by one-time PIN, or agent-initiated withdrawals for verified members
• Track float balance and full float top-up history, with online (mobile money/card) or manual top-up requests
• View commission earned and transfer it to a savings account
• Review a complete, searchable transaction history
• Get instant push notifications for approvals, float changes, and OTP alerts

BUILT FOR FIELD CONDITIONS
• PIN and biometric (fingerprint/face) sign-in, with a device lock tied to one agent per phone
• Every request is cryptographically signed and rejected outright if replayed or tampered with
• Session auto-locks after inactivity and after the app is backgrounded, re-authenticating before any screen is shown

This app is exclusively for agents appointed by a SACCO already using OfficeUG. Members of the public and SACCO members themselves should use the separate "OfficeUG SACCO" member app instead. You will need a portal code from your SACCO and agent credentials issued by your SACCO's administrator to sign in.
