Dropped their initial offer by $50k after their grumbling inspector got done ... Subsequent cash offers without grumbling inspectors offer best $$$. Don't expect the initial to be anywhere near final offer... The local agent was a sweetheart, tho... The grumbling inspector couldn't understand why I switch off my water heater when no hot water is needed... Grumble grumble grumble...
