VERIFIED DOCTORS

Every doctor on OduDoc is verified against their medical council registration before they can consult on the platform. You can view their qualifications, experience, specialty, and patient ratings before booking.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your health information is sensitive, and we treat it that way:

• End-to-end encrypted video consultations
• Medical records stored under HIPAA-aligned safeguards
• You control who sees your data — only your consulting doctor and you have access to your consultation history
• You can request account and data deletion anytime from Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, or by emailing privacy@odudoc.com

WHAT OduDoc IS NOT

OduDoc is a platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical advice ourselves. All medical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment recommendations come directly from the doctor you consult with. In an emergency, call your local emergency number — do not use OduDoc.

PAYMENTS

Consultations, lab tests, and medicines are billed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.

ACCOUNT DELETION
