2024-12-30	gr*****	I appreciate the efforts behind this app and it is usefulness is providing important services however I have noticed and issue where the app sometimes lack and unexpectedly closes which interrupts the user experience. It would be great if this could be addresses in future updates to ensure smoother functionality thank you for your hard work

But when I downloaded it for the first time, it worked fine but when I opened it the second time, it showed my downloads and it did not work, so I deleted it and downloaded it again But then it doesn't work.
