cannot save new route

Every couple of months the map does not display. An update fixed it for a short time once. Here I am complaining again because the map isn't showing and there isn't a new update. The website works fine but the app sucks consistently. It's NOT WORKED more than it has worked. I tell people not to download this app because it rarely works. This is the final straw. I will be deleting this app.
