So it's just a nice UI with manual processes at the backend? So the status went from Order Received to Delivered, skipping 3 steps in between

2023-09-24	Ke*****	I just uninstalled the app.. this app has got everything wrong: 1 - Promising Delivery Time that they cannot meet 2 - Support is really bad, and I don't know if it is AI or human i was interacting with 3 - The person who delivered the food mentioned the restaurant address was wrong - Guess equally frustrated but not that i as a customer maintain restaurant details My suggestion is to pull this app off market and rethink of what the app wishes to deliver before relaunching..

They partnered with lalamove for delivery, not only the delivery was late, my drink cups came all broken and spilled, were put on the floor. Contacted them and all they did was directing myself to deal with the merchant. What's the point of a third party middle man app if I still have to solve issues myself with the merchant?

2022-12-10	No*****	Very bad design. It never automatically only show restaurants that will deliver to your area. The handover to the partner restaurant ordering system never automatically passes on the delivery address, timing and account. Each time I have to re enter my details. What's the point of a so-called app that is basically a telephone directory.

2022-11-24	Ti*****	It's easy to use for reservations and ordering. No bugs encountered, using very often. However, unable to place order asap as I have to call the restaurant to ignore waiting 90mins later due to app constraints. It seems like this app is good in it's early days but lacks upgrades and maintenance.

2022-11-20	Dr*****	Impossible to use after the last update. Was hoping the app has improved with new updates but it's exactly the same. I have to close and open the app every single time I want to return to a previous page or make a new selection. So no more ordering from here.

2022-09-06	Ol*****	Ridiculous that they haven't sorted out the available restaurants situation. So many times it displays restaurants that are no longer delivering. Massive waste of time trying to find restaurants still serving after 8pm. Otherwise quite good selection of restaurants.

2022-04-16	Da*****	Strangely, the app allows the restaurant to update a delivery as "delivered" even if the rider is still on the way. There is no way to track the order status after that.
