ODA Ops

ODA Ops is the official operations and network-management application for authorised ODA Malaysia administrators, Regional Hubs, Hub Operators and Gig Managers.
The app connects ODA’s operational network in one place, allowing approved users to recruit and monitor Gig Managers, vendors and riders according to their assigned role and hierarchy.

View authorised network activity, recruitment, orders, sales and commission information based on your account role.
* Hub and Gig Manager network
View your network hierarchy, recruit new Gig Managers and track registration, verification and activation progress.
* Vendor recruitment and assignment
Track vendors recruited through ODA Partner, identify the original referral source and view vendors assigned to your Hub or GM network.
* Rider recruitment
Recruit riders, share ODA Gig registration links and track registration, package, approval and referral-commission status.
* Recruitment and onboarding
Monitor applications from registration through document completion, verification and activation.
* Vendor visit scheduling
Arrange vendor visits by selecting vendors from your existing network and assigning them to available dates.
* Order operations
Authorised users can view orders and perform permitted operational actions within their assigned territory or network.
* Commission and cash-out requests
View your commission ledger, available balance and cash-out-request history. Cash-out approval remains restricted to authorised ODA administrators.
* Performance and reporting
View authorised sales, recruitment, network and operational reports.
