The IFMS Odisha mobile app is the official tool developed by the Department of Finance, Government of Odisha, to facilitate comprehensive financial management and monitoring across the state's various treasuries and administrative bodies. It supports key financial activities, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, bill preparation, and fund reconciliation, streamlining the entire lifecycle of state financial operations.

With three main functionalities, the app caters to senior government management with dashboard report generation, enables treasury officials with in-depth internal reports for efficient monitoring, and offers citizen-centric services like checking payment and pension status, bill queries, and contribution tracking through secure OTP authentication. This holistic approach enhances transparency, decision-making, and service delivery between government bodies and citizens.
