rules.

What You Can Do with ODBUS Operator
 View Bookings: See all confirmed bookings for your services in real time.
 View Cancellations: Track ticket cancellations as they happen.
 Open Permanent Seats: Release permanent seats for online booking on the
ODBUS platform.
 Block Permanent Seats: Temporarily close permanent seats that are not booked.
 Close Extra Seats: Close additional (extra) seat inventory you have made available.
 Adjust Fares Temporarily: Increase or decrease fares for a single date or across a
date range, with fares automatically reverting once the period ends.
 Cancel Eligible Services: Cancel a bus service directly when there are no
confirmed bookings against it.
Built Around Real Operational Rules
 ODBUS Operator respects the safeguards that protect both operators and
passengers:
 Permanent seat bookings close automatically ahead of departure, based on the
ODBUS booking window.
 Extra seats cannot be opened from the app and automatically become unavailable
24 hours before departure, keeping inventory accurate.
 A seat that already has a confirmed booking cannot be blocked directly from the app.
Operators can reach ODBUS Support to coordinate any change with the affected
passenger.
 A bus service with confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled directly from the app.
Operators can reach ODBUS Support, who will coordinate with passengers before
any cancellation is processed.
 Temporary fares automatically expire and revert to the original fare once the selected
dates pass.

issued login credentials by ODBUS. It is not available for general public use and is not a
consumer travel or booking app.
