SCAM! Nov 2025 my trade close by itself causing a huge loss, the app refuse to give any sort of compensation for the user. Dec 2025, i retrieve my fund from the app so i can withdraw it, i want to stop using this app but the money disappear! I've loss all of my funds just like that! I've been emailing and and chatting with the customer service until today 5 Jan 2026! Refuses to answer my question and refuses to give me refund! Please report this app and BAN IT from all platform!

There is no risk control. octafx allowing copy master to blow up any account. too risky. need their restrictions to protect investor otherwise no copy trade will found after a few days.
