OCL Cargo Operador

OCL Cargo Operator is the work app for drivers of carriers who operate trips on the OCL Cargo platform. It brings together in one place what is currently handled by calls, WhatsApp, and paperwork: the day's route, each stop, the cargo checklist, proof of delivery, and communication with the control tower.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View your assigned trips for the day: freight (pickup → delivery) or last-mile route, with license plate, time, and progress.

• Start the route with a tap. The app shares your location with the control tower and the client only while the trip is active.

• Navigate to each stop with Waze or Google Maps and call the site contact directly from the app.

• Notify "I'm arriving" so the site can prepare the loading dock.

• Register the cargo at the distribution center (CEDIS) with a checklist of packages, photo, and signature.

• Close each delivery with a proof of delivery (POD): result, recipient's name, photo, and customer signature. Failed deliveries are also documented.

• Report incidents and related issues (delivery time, maneuvering, security, unit, route, merchandise) in real time, with supporting evidence.

• Chat with the control tower without leaving your trip.

• Work offline: evidence is saved on your phone and synced when a connection is restored.

• Choose battery mode (balanced or power saving) to adjust the GPS frequency.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The app is exclusively for operators registered by their carrier or by OCL Cargo Customer Service. There is no public registry: you need your company ID, your email address, and the password assigned to you. If you don't have access, ask your coordinator.

PERMISSIONS USED AND WHY

• Location (including background): tracking of the active trip, estimated time of arrival, and arrival detection at locations. Your location is not sent outside of an active trip.

• Camera: Photos documenting loading, delivery, and any incidents. We do not access your photo gallery.

• Notifications: Assigned trips, stop changes, and tower messages.

• Phone: One-tap to call the site contact.

WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION
