QR Inventory Version 2

QR Inventory Version 2 is an app that lets you register, manage, and take inventory simply by scanning barcodes and QR codes.
No internet connection is required. All data is stored locally on your device, so there are no privacy concerns.

It's useful for situations where you need to know "what's where," such as managing expiration dates for disaster preparedness supplies, keeping track of household supplies, organizing hobby collections, and managing supplies for small organizations.

There's no limit to the number of items you can register.

■ Easy to get started

All you need to register an item is its name. You can always add more detailed information, such as photos, tags, and notes, later.

You can "register everything now and organize later," so you can get started without any hassle.

A tutorial is available when you first launch the app, allowing you to get familiar with the operation by actually scanning.

■ High-speed continuous scanning allows you to register multiple items at once.

Supports continuous scanning, allowing you to scan items one after another by simply holding the app over a barcode.
You can scan up to 20 items at a time and register them all at once.

Two modes are available for bulk registration.

- Sequential Number Mode: Automatically names items using a prefix and sequential number (e.g., Equipment-001, Equipment-002, etc.)

- Individual Mode: Enter the name and information for each item.

Registering large numbers of items is a smooth and stress-free process.

■ Freely categorize items with tags and quickly find them.

You can freely tag items and categorize them. You can also assign multiple tags to a single item.

You can organize items into categories that are easy to manage, such as "Food," "Emergency Supplies," and "Living Room."

In the item list, you can combine free-word search across names, barcodes, and QR code values ​​with tag filtering.
Even if the number of items increases, you can quickly find what you're looking for.

■ Complete Inventory with Just a Scan

The "Inventory" function allows you to check whether registered items are actually in stock.

During inventory, simply scan a barcode with your camera to mark an item as "detected."
Progress is displayed in real time, allowing you to see at a glance how many items have been detected.

Inventory records are automatically saved, allowing you to review when, what area, and what the detection rate was.

■ Automatic QR Code Generation — No Barcode Required

For items without barcodes, you can automatically generate a QR code within the app.
Print the generated QR code and attach it to the item to scan it again for inventory the next time.

You can customize the eye shape, module shape, color scheme, and error correction level of QR codes,
creating a design that suits the content. Generated images can be saved on your device.

■ Automatic Barcode Detection from Images

The app has a feature that automatically detects barcodes from photos taken with the camera or images in your gallery.
Eliminate the need to manually enter barcodes by simply selecting a photo of the product packaging.
If multiple barcodes are present, you can select them from a list.

■ Barcode Duplicate Management

If the same barcode is registered on multiple items, a visual warning will be displayed on the home screen and item list.
The flexible design prevents unintentional duplication while allowing intentional duplication, such as multiple inventory items with the same barcode.

■ Scan Display Customization

You can fine-tune the overlay display (color, thickness, shape, label, and opacity) when scanning.
Customizing the display to your liking will enhance your scanning experience.
Operation settings such as automatic stop count and scan area are also available.

■ Multilingual Support and Font Selection

Supports Japanese and English. Automatically switches to your device's language setting.
Choose from five text fonts to customize the look you prefer.

All data is stored exclusively on your device.
No data is ever sent to our server.
