This application is a complete boat booking and management solution designed for boat Owners and Operators. It provides a secure login and registration system with role-based access, ensuring each user gets features specific to their responsibilities.
Users can register and log in securely to access the platform. The application supports two roles: Owner and Operator. Based on the selected role, users can access dedicated dashboards and functionalities.
For Owners, the app provides complete control over business operations. Owners can manage boat details by adding and updating boats. They can also manage operators by adding new operators or updating their information. The app provides analytics through visual charts that display booking statistics, helping owners track performance and business growth. Owners can view bookings calendar-wise for better planning and scheduling. A dedicated settings section allows management of notifications and other preferences. Additionally, owners are required to complete KYC verification to ensure compliance and secure operations.
For Operators, the app focuses on booking management and customer handling. Operators can view all customer bookings in a structured format and manage them efficiently. Bookings can be viewed calendar-wise to simplify scheduling. Operators can create new bookings on behalf of customers directly from the app. The QR code scanning feature enables quick and secure confirmation of bookings, ensuring smooth and transparent operations.
