I lost my Google authenticator on older device and now I need to do the kyc again with a note, first time to register and get approved this was not a problem but now wen I want to recover my account they say my documents can't be read even wen I sent it separately they want the hole selfie + document + note and the document needs to be Readeble wen I have a old driver license because it's my driver's license but it's a old piece of paper you know how it is if you're from 90..get hardware wallet
