Safe Boatie is a new, all-Australian app helping recreational boaters be a little safer on the water.

Simply set up a FREE user profile, add your vessel and some information like (the length of your boat, where you use your boat, and what type of boat it is), and you're good to go!

• When you do a 30 second safety check, your nominated contact will get an SMS letting them know where you left from, the name of your boat, how many people are on board and when you'll be back.
