Noted

Noted is a private note-taking app. No accounts, no cloud, no internet permission. Your notes never leave your phone unless you export them yourself.

Your notes, images, drawings, and audio are all encrypted with AES-256. The keys live in the Android Keystore — hardware-backed on supported devices — so only Noted can use them.

You can set your own PIN (6+ digits) or Password (8+ characters) to lock the app, and optionally enable Enhanced Security, which ties the database key to your PIN/password and biometric. If you forget your PIN/password with Enhanced Security on and no biometric fallback, the data is unrecoverable by design.

Noted has no sign-up, no subscription, and no telemetry. Your notes stay on your device, encrypted with keys bound to your device's Keystore (hardware-backed on supported devices) or with Enhanced Security bound to your PIN/password.
