Swastik Staff by Hostel360 is the official staff management app for Swastik Hostel, powered by the Hostel360 platform. It gives hostel staff a simple, secure way to manage daily operations from their phone.

Quick overview of pending maintenance tasks, unread notifications, and payroll status at a glance.

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
View assigned maintenance tickets, start work with before photos, mark tasks complete with after photos and resolution notes. Filter by status — Pending, In Progress, Resolved. View full task details including student info and media.

NOTIFICATIONS
Stay updated with real-time hostel notifications. Mark as read and view full notification details.

PAYROLL
View monthly salary details, bank account information, PF/ESI numbers, and leave balance including Casual, Sick, Earned, and Used leaves.

PROFILE
View and update staff profile. Change password securely.

GPS LOCATION REPORTING
Automatic location check-in on login for attendance tracking.

SECURE
All data is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256-CBC encryption. Staff JWT authentication with secure session management.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
This app is designed exclusively for authorized staff members of Swastik Hostel. Staff types include electricians, plumbers, carpenters, housekeeping, wardens, and other hostel operations personnel.

HOW TO USE
1. Download and install the app
2. Log in with your staff credentials (phone/email + password)
3. Access your dashboard, tasks, and payroll from the bottom navigation
4. Report maintenance issues with photos and notes
5. Track your work progress and salary details

Note: You must be a registered staff member of Swastik Hostel to use this app. Contact your administrator if you do not have login credentials.
