Nubox Assist

Nu Vending Field Service is the mobile companion for technicians and refillers keeping our vending machine network running.

Built for people in the field, not behind a desk. Every screen is designed around what happens on-site: getting to a machine, fixing or restocking it, and closing out the job without paperwork.

For technicians:

- See assigned jobs at a glance, sorted by distance with live ETAs
- One tap to mark "On My Way" and notify dispatch automatically
- GPS check-in confirms you're actually on site
- Log root cause and action taken for every repair
- Attach before/after photos as proof of work
- Submit and close jobs in seconds, history stays on your device for 90 days

For refillers:

- Browse the stock board and pick up machines that need a refill
- Start and close trips, with taken vs. returned reconciliation per product
- Log quantity loaded and wastage with a reason, right from the machine
- Photo confirmation on every completed refill

Built for real field conditions:

- Works offline. Check-ins, diagnoses, and photos queue up and sync automatically once you're back online, so a dead zone never blocks your day
- Background location keeps dispatch updated on where you are while you're on the clock
- Switch between technician and refiller views if your account covers both
- Light and dark mode for whatever the sun's doing

Stay in the loop:

- Push-style in-app notifications for new assignments and alerts
- Full job/trip history with search and filters, whenever you need to look something up
- This app is intended for Nu Vending field staff with an active company account. It is not a consumer or public app.
