| 2024-12-02 | It worked well enough for about a month. Then the app wouldn't sync with the CGM. Even after switching CGMs, the app wouldn't connect. I followed all the steps that NS suggested but, at times, the app wouldn't connect to the CGM for days. When it did work well, NS didn't have the features of other apps. For example, NS does not provide alerts through the app when blood sugar is too high or too low. If NS can fix these issues, it would be a good product. Without it, I cancelled service. | ||

| 2024-11-13 | this app is amazing and the insight it provides with trends and learning material is amazing. my only issues are when adding meals (generally at the end of the day), I like to capture the time based on the start of spikes. despite showing the correct time on the graph, it usually reverts to whatever the current time is. I usually have to go back and edit the entry to adjust the time which gets annoying. It also glitches when attempting to predict my input in free text boxes and req's add'l edits | ||

| 2024-09-09 | For over $200 a month for 4 months then it goes up to $250, you only get one free session with a nutritionist. I've had problems with the app not importing the readings, if this happens over the weekend you are on your own. I messaged support first thing this morning 3 hours so far and no response. I changed my sensor, it's working on the dexcom app but your app hasn't recognized it, no reading since 10:38 am 9/7/24. I've tried logging out several times. I've reconnected to the dexcom app too. | ||

| 2024-09-03 | What a difference "knowing" instead of "guessing" makes! Responding to my bodies alerts and changing my way of eating to work WITH my body has changed my life! It was a process, but worth it. I no longer crave the foods that spike my glucose and raise my insulin. I know how to eat, after 40 years of binge eating, to be satiated. So many positive aspects are showing up because I've learned what my body needs. Thank you ❤️ | ||

| 2024-08-25 | It's helpful for me to see how glucose effects my Weight Loss but the biggest con is the inability to change nutritionists when the first one doesn't click with you or understand where you're coming from. You are also locked into a 6 month commitment when you join. Offer the option to change nutritionists and make it month to month commitment then maybe I would give more stars. | ||

| 2024-04-15 | Buggy but helpful. I've had to close the app or reboot the phone to get graphs to load. The food entry is a mess and needs a new database. Also keeps logging me out which is really frustrating. Luckily I think I may have solved my pre diabetes issue via not taking a PPI I had been on for a few years. (Knock on wood) | ||

| 2024-02-19 | Overall,I like the app and the program I have. However, I have lost money (at least three sensors worth); the app continues to have problems reading my sensors. Apparently, the software is still using the old GCM(freestyle Libre 1), I have the Freestyle Libre 3, which seems to be compatible only half of the two weeks I'm wearing it. I am considering cancelling my subscription (especially after being told I could not be given replacement sensors, not even their own) and using the Libre app. | ||

| 2023-11-16 | I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Had issues from the start and was very frustrated the only option available to fix it was chat-- typically this is ok, as long as the help desk is committed to reading carefully. Given bad advice multiple times in several conversations as I wasn't being taken seriously and read carefully. Many issues, maybe in a few years they will iron out the problems but now it's just lots of frustration. For what you're paying, there should be excellent service. | ||

| 2023-10-31 | I've been trying to cancel this account one month after I initially opened it. I was told I had to wait six months, and then they would honor my cancelation. Well, guess what. The freaking account renewed automatically and started taking money out of my account, which they always say its nonrefundable. NOW I'M GOING TO TELL THE ENTIRE WORLD TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Trust me whenever you're ready to cut ties with them. It's going to be extremely difficult to reach a live rep😢😢😢 | ||

| 2023-10-30 | Not super user friendly, can be glitchy. Cancelling is a pretty tedious process because you can only cancel via email and to figure that out you have to dig through screens. Worst part, they'll throw you into an auto renew membership after your original membership is up. And then refuse refunds because their policy is that they don't accept returns of shipped medical devices. No warning you're about to billed outside of what you originally signed up for. | ||
