NutriHygiene: Calorie Counter

Roti, daal, biryani and chai belong in your food diary. NutriHygiene helps you track calories and nutrition using portions familiar in Pakistan.

LOG FOOD IN FAMILIAR PORTIONS
Search Pakistani dishes and everyday foods. Choose available portions such as katori, roti, plate and glass instead of converting every meal to grams. Save foods and meal combinations to My Meals for quicker logging. Can't find a food? Create your own, log it and save it for next time.

MAKE A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY
Set a calorie and macro target using your age, height, weight, activity level and goal. Add foods to your meal plan, then mark them eaten as your day unfolds. Your home screen shows calories eaten, calories remaining, and progress toward your protein, carb and fat targets.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Log weight and follow the trend over time.
• Track water with glasses, bottles or your own containers.
• Keep up a meal logging streak.
• On supported Android devices, connect Health Connect to read steps and see an estimated calorie burn.

FOOD NUMBERS ARE ESTIMATES
Calories and nutrients are based on standard recipes and portions. Ingredients, cooking methods and serving sizes can change the result. Foods you create may have their nutrition updated after review.

NutriHygiene is intended for adults 18 and over. It is a nutrition and habit tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
