Nutriboost is your nutritionist's app. It's where you'll find the plan they created for you: what to eat at each meal, how much, and what you can change if you don't like something or can't find it.

IMPORTANT: Your nutritionist needs to use Nutriboost and send you an invitation. Without this link, you won't see any content within the app.

Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner with times, portions, and calories. Tap any meal to see the complete recipe: ingredients, steps, and a photo. Is there something you don't like? Each meal includes equivalent alternatives approved by your professional.

LOG WHAT YOU EAT IN TWO TAPS
Mark that you've completed the plan or take a photo of your plate. Your nutritionist can see your actual adherence and adjust the plan without you having to remember everything during your appointment.

YOUR GROCERY LIST, ALREADY MADE
Nutriboost gathers everything you'll need for the next few days and organizes it by aisle. Mark what you already have at home and share it with whoever does the shopping.

YOUR PROGRESS, WITHOUT OBSESSION
Weight, measurements, adherence, hydration, and mood in simple charts. You choose what to track and how often. No more useless numbers.

CHAT WITH YOUR NUTRITIONIST
Ask them directly and find the answer when you need it, without having to search through a thousand messages from other conversations.

HOW YOU FEEL MATTERS TOO
A quick check-in of your mood, energy, and rest. A plan that drains your energy isn't a good plan, and your professional needs to know this to make adjustments in time.

If your professional created one for you, you'll see it here: each exercise with its video, sets, and repetitions.

WATER AND STREAK
Track your daily water intake and see how many consecutive days you've maintained it. It's more beneficial than you might think.

YOUR TESTS AT HAND
Upload lab results or scale reports, and they'll be saved in your profile, available to your professional at your next appointment.

YOUR INFORMATION IS YOURS
Your nutritionist has access to your information. You can delete your account at any time from More > Privacy, or at app.nutriboost.ar/delete-account.

NUTRIBOOST DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR PROFESSIONAL
It is not a medical device and does not provide health advice. The plan, portions, and recommendations are defined by your registered nutritionist, who is responsible for its content. In case of a medical emergency, call 107 or go to an emergency room.

DOES THE APP COST YOU?

No. Your nutritionist pays for the subscription. There are no in-app purchases or ads.
