User Reviews

Reviews cluster around reliability issues (offline status and near-range problems), persistent UI blockers that hide or disable pairing controls, and sign-in/setup frustrations. Many users report being unable to pair, add devices, or sign in, and several say the app only works when very close to the item. Overall, the app appears unstable and sometimes unusable for tracking, with multiple reports of devices showing offline and limited range.

Pros

Initial setup works for some users (positive reports of quick/easy setup).
The app is reported to work OK or fine for some users after setup.
Some reviewers describe the app as 'pretty good' despite issues.

Cons

Frequent offline status and unreliability: devices report 'offline' even when near and sometimes fail to locate them.
UI/UX blocking: important buttons (Done, close) are inaccessible or off-screen due to notification banners, screen overlays, or placement.
Pairing/setup problems: Done button not functioning, inability to set up new devices or add tags, and reinstall issues.
Account/sign-in problems: can't create account, verification codes fail to arrive, or 'No internet' errors when signing up.
Range/proximity limitations: devices only located within a few inches and often require being near the phone, with reduced usefulness.
