BUILT FOR HIPAA AND FERPA
All recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Programs using the platform in active clinical settings can request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and NurseKind AI provides documentation for institutional security review.

HOW YOUR DATA IS USED
Assessment recordings are transcribed by AssemblyAI and analyzed by Google Vertex AI. The AI voice-patient practice feature uses OpenAI's Realtime API. No real patient information is involved in practice sessions. None of these processors use your data to train their models.
