2024-12-01	Mr*****	Where are all the orientation shifts to be able to pick up at these facilities? I did all the orientation paperwork, spent hours and paid several hundred $ for the Mandatory ACLS class a facility required, SUBMITTED It all and then instantly the next day all orientation shifts DISAPPEARED! No way to get shifts or get oriented until the facility decides to open up orientation shifts. It's been 2 months. I'm out hundreds of $ & ND can't ask them to orient me? Meanwhile shifts go unclaimed.

2024-11-18	Am*****	The app only works once in a while. Then when you send a message over to customer service the only thing they can say is try again later. This app is trash.

2024-10-20	Da*****	App crashes more times than not. Takes a very long time to load and often result in a "parse error." Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Despite being set up for notifications, I stopped receiving them months ago for available shifts, making so I uave to login in throughout the day to see if new shifts. Please fix this!

2024-09-20	Da*****	Constant issues with app not working. I have to close it out and open again multiple times for it to work and even then often just get a spinning wheel for it load for minute or two. I am using most updated version of the app and dont have issues with any other app on my Samsung S22 Ultra.

2024-09-08	As*****	PLEASE work on the app. I was selected for a shift and I can't even get to the the shift to confirm! This is ridiculous!! I restarted my phone and wifi. Finally decided to try the other apps to see if it was my phn/wifi and it opened flawlessly.

2024-01-01	Al*****	This app is awful. It always crashes and even after I uninstall and reinstall several times it still doesn't work. ND staff never let's you talk to IT and always says they put in a work order but nothing ever changes.

2023-09-11	Da*****	I have used other agency apps and nurse dis Mars the best and most convenient. Their communication is one of the best if an issue ever arises I'm able to talk to someone quick and get the issue resolved. It's simple to clock in and out. When it comes to pays they offer daily pay which comes in handy for those unexpected issues that arise. I love to be able to work where I want when I want and for the amount that I want.

2023-07-11	Er*****	So many glitches since update. Screen goes in and out. Uninstaller then reinstall doesn't work. Can't apply for shifts with these glitches. Unable to click on name when comes up for clocking in...ppl having to retype every detail in every time. Time consuming when all this worked before.
