Rutilio Benincasa was an Italian astrologer, of Cosentine origins, who lived at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries. Some numerical tables are attributed to his name, through which it would be possible, according to popular belief, to make predictions on the lot numbers. Here is a simple application (to be considered only a digital aid and not an invitation to invest money in the Lotto game) to determine which numbers are lucky for the drawing that takes place on a certain date.
