HOW IT WORKS

For Older Adults (SoulBirds):
• Browse verified helpers and their service packages
• Book one-time sessions or subscribe for recurring weekly help
• Attend curated FlexSpot events - wellness outings, anniversaries, community gatherings
• Coordinate visits securely in-app during active bookings
• Invite family members to co-pay or co-manage the booking

For Helpers (LifeBirds):
• Create a profile and pass identity verification (KYC)
• Choose your services from a curated list of approved assistance activities
• Set your own pricing and availability
• Get booked by older adults in your area
• Earn transparently, track your income, and withdraw to your bank account
• Optionally join curated events as a paid helper

BUILT ON TRUST & SAFETY
• Every helper is identity-verified - government ID, selfie check, and admin manual review
• Services are selected from a locked, admin-curated activity catalog - no free-text offerings
• All coordination happens within the app - no personal contact info is exchanged
• In-app messaging is service-bound and auto-expires when the service ends
