2026-03-08	An*****	The “wrong attachment connected” message no longer appears for me, but the app still disconnects from the device halfway through many routines (Android). This was a common issue even before the most recent update and is still happening now, making treatments unreliable. Support previously said this would be escalated, but I never received follow-up.

2026-02-26	Pr*****	I have not been able to see major improvements in skin laxity. also their customer service sucks and it's very very hard to get hold of. Their Trinity Plus app has been down for more than 2 months with no ETA for fix.

2026-02-18	Re*****	I have lost the ability to use this app in the latest update and from other reviews this is a regular occurrence. my app doesn't recognize which attachment I'm using and keeps telling me to put the facial trainer on (which it is) and won't progress. this system is sold with the promise of a user friendly app and I have found it good until this update. I've done all the troubleshooting and advised nuface and been advised that have passed the issue onto their tech.
