We bought my 80 year old mother two nucleus care devices a few years ago. They were a free service. Then they sold out to someone and made it a pay service. I called for help and told them that my mom had paid a lot for the devices and she was on social security, but has dementia so really needed the service. Two days later the nucleus service was cut off from their server. They said they had nothing to do with it being disconnected from the server and it was just too bad. They just do not care

So I purchase date nucleus devices with the start-up company that practically dumped support and Integrations for nucleus home and put all of their time and effort into going a different direction with the money that myself and others who invested in this startup to build this nucleus care platform which I can't use at home. Ridiculous!!! I am a very unsatisfied customer, thank you nucleus for taking my money and dumping the nucleus home product line!!!
