Honestly, you guys need an easier way to contact your support team. Your help button directs me to Microsoft Healthcare, like really, come on 😑. additionally I have been trying to resolve my account issues for 4 months; can you please make it easier to get assistance? If this isn't possible and I can't sort it out, I will cancel my subscription.
