เข้าใช้งานไม่ได้ ลงทะเบียนไปรอเป็นชั่วโมงไม่มีการส่งรหัสยืนยันตัวตน กดอะไรก็นิ่ง ถ้าแอปพลิเคชันยังไม่พร้อม ควรให้ลูกค้าเก่าสามารถใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันเดิมได้เช่นเดิมก่อนนะคะ

แอพยังใช้งานไม่ได้ -register ก็ไม่ได้ -ขอ otp ก็ไม่ได้ -แจ้งปัญหาก็ไม่ได้ -resolution หน้าจอหลักก็เพี้ยน เป็นองค์กรใหญ่นะครับ ควรทำได้ดีกว่านี้ อย่าผลักภาระให้ผู้ใช้งานเลยครับ
