User Reviews

User reviews are highly split. A subset praises the app as clear, detailed, and easy to use when it functions. However, a majority report persistent reliability problems: prolonged server maintenance, frequent outages, and slow performance. Users struggle to update accounts, reset passwords, or verify car/fuel card data, with messages about servers busy and no technical support contact. Several advise using the website instead. Overall, reliability and timely maintenance are the main pain points, while the information presented is valued when the app is accessible.

Pros

Easy to use and contains all the details
Clear presentation with all details when functional
Helpful and good application when it works

Cons

App frequently not working / crashing / hanging
Extended maintenance and servers busy for long periods
Inability to update data or access accounts (password reset, car number, fuel card) due to server issues
Lack of technical support or contact information

+2 year, same issue and they don't solve it can't update my info. The bad thing here is that they force us to update the activity, but they don't update their app.
