IAP OUTREACH

IAP Outreach is an end-to-end digital platform developed by National Stock Exchange of India Limited to streamline trainer onboarding, program operations, claims processing, settlements, and reporting for Investor Awareness Programs (IAP). It provides a centralized system for trainers, IAS Team, Regional Offices (RO), and Head Office (HO) to efficiently manage operational and financial activities related to outreach initiatives across India.
The platform digitizes the complete trainer lifecycle, starting from onboarding and registration. Trainers can access a dedicated onboarding portal where their details are validated against the SEBI SMART trainer list. Eligible trainers can request registration with NSE through a secure OTP-based process. Once approved, the system automatically generates work orders, reducing manual effort and ensuring faster onboarding.
IAP Outreach also offers a secure self-service portal for trainers. Through their login, trainers can submit session requests for approval, upload and modify supporting documents, raise reimbursement claims, and track approval or payment status in real time. This improves transparency and communication while reducing dependency on manual follow-ups.
The platform includes automated document validation and invoice processing features. Submitted proofs and supporting documents are verified through configured workflows, ensuring scrutiny and compliance before approval. Based on approved submissions, invoices are automatically generated, resulting in faster, more accurate, and standardized processing.
For financial operations, the platform supports claim reimbursement and settlement management. It enables timely payment processing and helps track pending or completed settlements. Separate workflows can also be maintained for different outreach initiatives such as IAP and RISA, ensuring better operational control and accounting visibility.
A strong MIS and analytics framework is built into the platform to support management reporting. Reports can be generated district-wise, region-wise, SMART-wise, RO-wise, trainer-wise, or program-wise. This helps leadership teams monitor outreach effectiveness, trainer engagement, budget utilization, and operational efficiency.
The system also focuses on performance and quality tracking. It helps monitor trainer performance, evaluate the quality of programs conducted, track participation numbers, and identify unique participants across investor categories.
