2024-05-18	Ky*****		One of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of using. More often than not, I receive an error message on opening that tells me my credentials are inaccurate or not verified. I'm not sure who's problem this is but I have multiple friends and colleagues who have the same issue. Thus, I have more hours clocked in this app trying to reset my password and reach customer service than actually spending time managing finances. At worst I've been locked out for over a month. But at LEAST it works-ish.

2024-05-18	Rh*****		Spouse and I both went to sign in (biometric) this morning. Neither of us can as a box pops up telling us unable to to sign in, could not validate...we hadn't even tried yet, this was upon opening the app. App doesn't need updating. Yes, we have internet. Had to log in using laptop which isn't always possible. When trying to use the biometric, it says that this feature isn't available on mobile! How are customers supposed to check their balance???

2023-05-31	*****		Very bizarre first experience. First, the app mysteriously doesn't work with USB Debugging. I have never experienced this with any app, financial and many banking ones included. Second, even stranger, when I try to login it crashes immediately and then I get a robocall with a "verification code". Clumsy and disappointing.
