서류제출시 에러 메세지만 뜨고 제출이 안되는이유를 알고 싶습니다 여러번 해보아도 에러 메세지만 뜹니다 담당자에게 확인할수있는 방법이 있으면 좋겠습니다 작년에 결국 앱을 사용하지 못하고 다른 방법으로 신청을 하였는데 올해는 여권사진인증 부터 막히네요 정보가 불일치 하다는 메세지만 계속뜨고 진행이 되지 않습니다 외국에서 담당자분 하고 연락할수있는 방법이 있으면 좋겠습니다
