2024-09-21	Ma*****	Not able to login, nothing happening after entering mobile number. App stuck on first screen, no error message is shown. Also when trying to add consumer number through GPay/Paytm it returns invalid details. Seems backend infrastructure is poor as the only way to recharge right now is through the desktop site. Can this be please sorted, currently this is a very poor experience overall.

They found a bug in the app, fixed it and keep following up with me until the problem was fixed. Highly impressed with the Customer centric approach.

2021-12-17	As*****	Terrible. After the last update, it has become worse. Update on 17th Dec 2021 The issue has been resolved and the App team was quite helpful in resolving the issue. Accordingly I change my rating.

2021-10-10	Is*****	The new application is mess. What kind of pathetic systems have been used. Most of the time the app shows error. It doesn't display bill history , payment history etc. Evening signing in the app shows error. Why can't the app be rectified and made error free. I'm really fed up with this irritating application .

2021-09-07	Ja*****	This is worst worst worst app. Very disappointing app. It does not show anything like, bill, Payment and payment history. We don't know why this app is not being scrapped. There is no use Npcl IT is sleeping because this problem is persisting since more than 6 months time. Rating is minus- 5.

2021-08-02	Ra*****	Worse app. Even I am not able to see my bill, payment history and previous payment despite updating the app. Though for making bill payment I am able to fetch my consumption bill from other apps such as Amazon, Paytm etc. but not from this app. Very disappointing.

It is really appreciated that the team cares for the users and if required, support them over call. I never expected that I would receive such quick support by play reviews. 09/06/21 Worst update. Unable to login. I have been trying to pay my bill since last 4 days but I'm unable to login. It only shows "Some error occurred"

2021-06-08	Ak*****	Worst App... It's blank nothing shows here, like current bill / previous bill, payment history and even there is no online support on this app. I prefer to pay bill desktop verson. That's is far better and easy. There is no option to share screen shot of problem.
