2023-11-05	Pe*****	Excellent. Been with Now Mobile for more than 10 years. Never had to wait long when I needed to contact customer service, and they have resolved all of my issues every time I called. The app works great, much better than the old text system once I got used to using the app, and the team resolved my login issues quickly when I first moved to the app.

2023-10-22	Be*****	I asked to change email (common feature not available) and nobody emailed me back as advised. 2 weeks later I was logged out from my account. Chat c-s is useless after some 6 hrs & several chats several days I was back in my account as soon I mentioned Ofcom! but my £10 & the number I ported disappeared AND of course I've to wait for another ghost email. By the way, the 5p that seems I spent for a text IS A LIE! My phone doesn't show it A new sim never used. Incompetent Dishonest Time waster.
