this app is really bad. the customer service is really bad. they take ages to verify an account and then when you contact the customer service, they just disconnect your chat. don't use this app. I am a filing a complain against this app with the concerned government officials of Brazil and will never use this app and encourage others not to use it as well. I will also report the app to play store.

Facilitam depósito, mas pra sacar pede mais documentos. Por isso deixo 1 estrela, mas merecem 0, por dificultar meu saque de POL e me fazer perder mais de R$ 16 reais em poucos minutos!
