BILLIZER — HOW TO USE THE APP

A bill reminder that also tells you whether you can actually
afford them. Everything stays on your phone. No bank login,
no internet needed.

FIRST TIME: SET IT UP IN 3 STEPS

STEP 1 — Tell it what you earn
Go to the MONEY tab and tap "+ Add your income".
What is it e.g. Salary
How much your pay
Currency pick yours (this sets the whole app)
Arrives the date AND time it lands
How often one time / weekly / every 2 weeks / monthly

You can add more than one income (salary + freelance).

STEP 2 — Add your bills
Go to the BILLS tab and tap "+ New Bill".
Name e.g. Electricity
How much the amount (you can leave this blank)
Due date date and time
Late fee what it costs you if you miss it
Chase level how hard the app should chase you (see below)
Repeat weekly / monthly / yearly / don't repeat
Remind me from "at the time" up to 14 days before

STEP 3 — Tell it what you have right now
Go to HOME and tap "Enter what I have" on the big navy card.
Type what's in your pocket or account today.

That's it. The app can now do everything else.

SAFE TO SPEND — the big number on Home
-------------------------------------------------------------
This answers one question:

"If I'm not paid again until the 1st, how much of what I
have is really mine to spend?"

It is: what you have now
− every bill landing before your next income

The card also tells you how many days until you're paid.

If the number goes NEGATIVE, the card turns red and says
"You will be short".

If a bill has no amount typed in, the card warns you that the
number is missing it. It never pretends a blank bill is zero.

Keep it honest: tap "Update what I have" whenever your balance
changes. The card shows when you last set it.

SHORTFALL RADAR — the amber warning
-------------------------------------------------------------
Most bill apps only tell you a bill is due. Billizer tells you,
days in advance, that you won't have the money for it:

"Sun, Jul 26 — you'll be $100 short.
Electricity ($300) lands in 3 days and there won't be
enough left for it."

Underneath, it tells you how to fix it:

"Put $33.33 a day aside for 3 days and you're covered."

The deadline is the day the bill lands, not payday, because
the money has to be there before the bill hits.

MONEY CHECK — find what you're wasting
-------------------------------------------------------------
When adding a bill, tick "I could cancel this" for
subscriptions (Netflix, gym, streaming).

Once a month Billizer asks one question about each of them:

"Did you actually use Netflix this month?"

Say no, and it starts adding up what you've paid for nothing.
The bill then shows:

"$36 paid for months you didn't use it — worth cancelling?"

The MONEY tab shows the total across everything.

It never asks about rent, electricity, or anything you can't
cancel — only bills you ticked.

Calm, floating Everything's covered.
Frowning You'll run short before payday.
Shaking, bells Something's overdue and costing you money.
