Nice note app.

In March 2024, the Noto Telegram channel announced a name change to Cation and apparently a new app of that name. That was 22 months ago and somebody forgot to mention it to Google Play... Whatever. This is clearly abandonware. Even if an app's as perfect as reviews say this is, an unreliable dev means it'll never be worth the risk.
