Tired of your notification bar looking like a newsboard? Notification Blocker & History (Notic) is an Android app designed to help you filter out irrelevant alerts and focus on what matters. Its notification manager lets you block notifications by app, by message heading or text, block system notifications, or block everything at once. A dark theme, minimal app size, and low battery drain keep the experience light and comfortable.

On Android 8.0 and higher, Notic can also block and hide ongoing notifications that normally cannot be dismissed, such as software update alerts, background process notices, charging status, and VPN connection messages. Its notification history stores all alerts arranged by app and time, so you can recover accidentally dismissed notifications. You can clear history manually or set it to clear automatically every X days. Flexible rules, including Allow All, Block All, Allow App, Block App, Allow by Phrase, and Block by Phrase, give you precise control, and backup and restore keeps your settings safe.
