2024-02-24	Sw*****	Horrible.I Made an account and then it wasn't allowing me to log in because apparently "This user doesn't exist". So naturally when I try to create a new account, it says "This email is already registered". So now I'm stuck in this loop and there's no way to log in and order notes Might as well shut this app down. Very good customer support but the app need development

2023-01-23	JA*****	Support team is very helpful and friendly.. you can ask your query or complain at ease of WhatsApp just like chatting with your friend.. at first i received misprinted notes and after complaining and explaining the need of urgency, they quickly replaced my misprinted notes and provided with finely printed notes.. your efforts are appreciated.🙂

2022-10-16	In*****	Customer support is useless and doesn't reply or help . Notes delivery takes a month or more so dont waste time ordering from here. Once you order and they get the money, they won't pick up calls or reply. Its a scam . Dont fall for this. Repeat, this is a scam. Dont spend ur hard earned money here .

2022-07-29	ko*****	Fake app ,provides damaged ,so bad quality notes,no packaging ,no bookcover,only some printed pages come in a polithin bag ,also charges are so high, hey says we can cancel our order before it gets dispatched but there is no option for it , Never pickup calls or never replies messages Notes next door is only for wasting money Please never install the app

Delivered notes quite late & that too they gave me a 3rd class pdf downloaded from telegram with lots of mistakes & all the colors going haywire. No customer support. Straight forward denied that their notes had mistakes, lacked content & were of poor quality. Kindly order from someplace else!

Still didn't get my missing notes and the volume 2 of nndvt....I had ordered for a revision Combo of 8 subjects...instead I got only 4...also volume 2 of nndvt is not sent ....I have been contacting every no. Possible.... No reply... I asked for tracking details for the notes dispatched... None given.... I had placed order on 31st..almost a month now.. Pathetic app

2021-05-23	de*****	EDITED : from 4 stars in 2019 to 2 stars now. This is in 2021. Just like that, the prices of the notes from various platforms have skyrocketed. Previously, you could afford them. Now you can only avail the pdf which apparently with a validity . Also, the hardcopies often miss out on stuff. Their pdf app is horrible. Urgent need of a competitior.
