Notelon: Notes & Tasks

Notelon is a notes and tasks app that keeps what you write private. Everything is encrypted on your phone before it is uploaded, so nobody else can read it — not us, and not anyone with access to the server.

NOTES:

WORKS OFFLINE:

Every screen reads from your phone first, so the app opens instantly. Write on a plane or underground, and your changes upload themselves when you reconnect.

START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT:

Use Notelon as a guest and everything stays on your device. Sign up later and the app asks whether to bring your notes across, merging them instead of creating duplicates.

END-TO-END ENCRYPTED:

Note titles and contents, task text, tag names, folder names and list names are all encrypted with a key only you hold. Your password never leaves your device.

This means a forgotten password cannot be undone by us. Save a recovery key from Settings and a forgotten password costs you nothing.

KEEPING OTHERS OUT:

- A six-digit code sent to your email at every sign-in, so a stolen password is not enough
- App lock with a PIN, which also hides your notes from the app switcher and blocks screenshots
- See every signed-in device and sign any of them out instantly

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE:

- Back up everything to a single file locked with a passphrase you choose
- Or export a readable copy whenever you want
- Delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time

NO ADS, NO TRACKING:

Notelon is free. There is no advertising, and no analytics or tracking software following what you do.
