Cinder Convoy

Cinder Convoy is an offline portrait action roguelite about protecting a moving ashland convoy while piloting a fast salvage skimmer.

Leave the convoy's safe radius to hunt scrap and charge. The farther you commit, the stronger your haul chain can become—but cargo only becomes useful after you survive the return trip and deposit it. Auto-targeted weapons keep touch controls focused on movement, timing, risk and build decisions.

BUILD A REAL CONVOY
Upgrade six convoy module lines: Gun Deck, Salvage Rig, Arc Core, Repair Bay, Ward Plating and Vector Thrusters. Modules combine with reward families to unlock build synergies and activate Convoy Commands such as Barrage, Arc Nova, Aegis, Field Repair and Overdrive.

96 AUTHORED SECTORS
Fight through 24 named expeditions across six regions. Each sector uses one of 18 explicit encounter rules that change enemy composition, elite timing, hazards, salvage economy, recovery windows or mini-boss pressure. Encounters include Scrap Bloom, Hunter Pack, Elite Gauntlet, Siege Line, Volatile Nest, Colossus Echo and more.

MUTATIONS, NOT JUST +STATS
Choose from 48 reward upgrades. Eighteen are rule-changing mutations: Twin Mount adds a second turret shot, Pulse Echo extends Pulse around the convoy, Risk Compounder raises haul-chain potential, Emergency Bulkhead triggers a critical-hull Aegis, Return Burners converts strong deposits into Overdrive, and more.

READABLE COMBAT
Enemy attacks use visible wind-ups. Late elites can combine two affixes. Sappers fire telegraphed ranged attacks at the convoy, while Scavengers chase loose salvage, consume it to recover and carry the stolen cargo until destroyed. Each biome boss has three phases and a signature attack pattern.

12 CHALLENGE PROTOCOLS
Replay unlocked expeditions under handcrafted rules: disabled workshops, no between-sector repair, reduced convoy or skimmer hull, faster hazards, altered salvage income, extra elite pressure, slower Commands and other mechanical restrictions. Challenge completion is tracked separately from Expedition Mastery.

PROGRESSION WITHOUT RAW-STAT GRIND
Earn up to three Mastery stars on each normal expedition for strong hull preservation, haul chains and elite performance—72 goals total. Mastery and challenges reward better play rather than permanent combat-stat inflation.
