Last Train Operator

The city is shutting down one line at a time. You have one train, three carriage slots, a finite fuel reserve, and more people waiting than you can safely carry.

Choose where to stop, which groups to board, when to refuel or repair, and which route risks are worth taking. Every active line exposes its dominant hazard — debris, unstable signals, crowd pressure, or flooding — so you can plan around the specialists and carriage modules in your consist instead of gambling on hidden danger.

Passenger deadlines keep the operation moving. Low morale slows boarding, while engineers, medics, and security teams can counter different hazards while they remain onboard. Reaching the overall rescue target is not always enough: priority evacuation quotas force you to protect critical groups instead of simply filling every seat with the nearest passengers.

Build your consist before each operation. Standard cars maximize seats, while specialist carriages trade capacity for medical support, engineering resilience, security, or extra range. Service stars also unlock dispatch protocols that change how you operate: push faster boarding at greater crowd risk, slow down for safer lines, or sacrifice capacity to move priority groups faster.

Five escalating operations remix the hazard profile of the same city network alongside line closures, resource pressure, specialist priorities, and different emergency modifiers. Deliver the required evacuees to Harbor Gate, satisfy every priority objective, then improve rescue value, train condition, and remaining time to earn more stars and unlock new strategic options.
