NormBlok is a management platform that brings together apartment and site management in a single application. Managers conduct collection, expense, and decision-making processes via phone; residents instantly track their debts, announcements, and requests.

NormBlok is only for users with an account. If your apartment building uses NormBlok, you can log in with the information defined by your manager.

• Announcements — Receive instant notifications of announcements from management. • Requests — Submit your malfunctions, complaints, and requests with attached photos and track their status step-by-step. • Meetings — View the agenda, dates, and decisions of general assembly and management meetings. • Reservations — Reserve common areas such as meeting rooms and sports facilities through the app. • Surveys — Vote in surveys launched by management.

• All data transmission is encrypted with TLS. • Fast and secure login with facial recognition/fingerprint. Your biometric data is processed only on your device's secure hardware and is never sent to our servers. • Your card information is not stored in the application; payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. • You can request to delete your account and data from within the application: Account Settings → Delete My Account.
