HOW IT WORKS

Open No-Phone Timer and select how long you want to focus. Tap an activity tag to categorize your session, then press "Enter Zen Space." A 3-second amber countdown appears — your cue to lock your screen and set your phone face-down. Once you do, the timer transitions into Zen State and begins counting down. When time is up, your session is logged automatically. If you pick up your phone mid-session and tap "Give Up / End Session," the session is marked as Broken — an honest record that keeps your stats meaningful.
