The hard part of meditating is rarely the sitting still. It is choosing what to listen to, and then coming back the next day. Noonk Meditation is built around making both easy.

Choosing takes one tap
Sessions are grouped into seven moods: Daily Balance, Anxiety, Stress, Energy, Focus, Relax and Sleep. Quick Play starts a session from any mood right away. There is a shelf of sessions of ten minutes or less, a list of what you have finished before, and suggestions drawn from the sessions you have completed. Most sessions run between 10 and 20 minutes, and new ones are added every week.

Sessions cover guided meditation and mindfulness for bedtime, relaxation, concentration, morning energy and evening wind down.

Setting a routine takes a minute
Choose a category, a time of day and the weekdays it repeats. Noonk Meditation reminds you at that time, and the reminder opens your next session in that category, so there is nothing left to decide when it arrives. During setup you can start from a profile that sounds like your own week and get a full set of routines filled in, then change any of them. Streaks and weekly progress show what you have actually done.

Listen your way
Every session has a guiding voice and an optional background layer, each with its own volume control, so you can set the balance while it plays. There is a sleep timer, background and lock screen playback, and downloads for listening without a connection.

Written for four markets
American English, British English, Spanish for Spain and Spanish for Latin America each have their own catalog and their own wording, rather than one catalog with translated menus.

Subscription
Noonk Meditation is free to download and a free account is required. A subscription unlocks the sessions and starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial it continues as a paid subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on Google Play for your region. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings at any time.
