EmCart Monitor

This app allows your store staff to monitor the shopping session of any customers using Nomitri’s smart cart solution to do their shopping at your store. Through this app your employees see if there have been any fraud attempts or suspicious user behavior detected by our smart cart solution. For each of these instances the app will display a short video sequence of said event to allow your staff to perform a remote evaluation of the incidence. It also allows your staff to remotely clear/ unblock a cart in case human judgment allowed them to evaluate a suspicious behavior as benign (e.g. the customer put her own jacket into the cart without scanning), helping to minimize uncomfortable security check interactions between staff and customers.
