NomadPay HQ: Travel Agent Pay

NomadPay HQ is the financial operating system purpose-built for travel agencies, independent travel advisors, and tour operators. Stop chasing wire transfers, reconciling spreadsheets by hand, and losing margin to slow payouts — run your entire travel treasury from one mobile command center.

BUILT FOR HOW TRAVEL MONEY ACTUALLY MOVES
Travel transactions aren't simple retail checkouts. A single booking can involve a client deposit, a final balance, a group split across co-travelers, a supplier net remittance, a host agency split, and an advisor commission that pays out months after departure. NomadPay HQ handles every leg of that flow automatically.

KEY CAPABILITIES
• Payment Links & Checkout: Send branded, multi-currency payment links for deposits, final balances, and planning fees via email or SMS. Clients pay by card or bank transfer in seconds.
• Group Split-Pay Checkout (2x, 4x, 6x): Split group trip invoices and retainers evenly across co-travelers with one tap — each traveler gets their own itemized checkout link and receipt.
• First-Fee Interactive Sandbox: Generate and preview your first $250 client planning-fee checkout link in 30 seconds before completing full bank KYC onboarding.
• Interactive Fee & Margin Calculator: Model card vs. ACH processing costs in real time and compare pass-through vs. merchant-absorbed fee structures before sending an invoice.
